Don Adams, owner and head guide at Catamount Bassin Guide Service will ensure that your time with us will be forever remembered. Don, who has years of coaching and instructing experience, is a passionate teacher of the sport of fishing. His intimate knowledge of Vermont's lakes and thirty plus years of fishing experience is a resource that everyone should have a chance to tap into. Don has been a highly regarded competitive bass fishing tournament angler for many years having secured top finishes on tournament trails like the prestigious Foxwood, Redman, Everstart, and BFL Tournament Trails as well as many local and regional tournaments. Don is a member of the Vermont Outdoor Guide Association, Rutland County Bassmasters, Rutland Bass Club, Bass Angler's Sportsman Society, FLW Outdoors, The Vermont Bass Federation, The Vermont B.A.S.S. Federation Nation, and The Mendon Fish & Game Club. Don is also certified for Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED. Below is a list of some of Don's career accomplishments and highlights:

Chris Adams, the son of head guide Don Adams, works alongside his father in assuring the best overall fishing experience for clients of Catamount Bassin'. Chris, who has learned the sport of bass fishing under the guidance of his father, is an accomplished angler in his own right. At just twenty years of age, Chris has secured top finishes in state and local level tournaments and has been named to two Vermont State Bass Fishing Teams. He has also competed in B.A.S.S. Northern Open Division tournaments, BFL tournaments, and one B.A.S.S. Eastern Divisional. His future in the sport is extremely bright and he is committed to providing you with a great fishing experience.
